Direct selling is defined as all methods of selling in which independent sellers explain or demonstrate products to customers in locations other than a retail establishment, typically the customer’s home, the home of another customer or the customer’s place of work, etc.
DSA CODE OF CONDUCT
All independent direct sellers of member companies are protected by the Code of Conduct which covers fair and honest promotion of independent business opportunities in direct selling. The Code of Conduct is administered by an independent lawyer – the Administrator of the Code of Conduct.

Direct Selling Association
Founded in 1993 as the Czech National Direct Selling Association (ČNSPP), the organisation was transformed in 2014 to an association of legal entities called the Czech Direct Selling Association (AOP). Ten direct selling companies are associated in the Association. All of the members of AOP distribute high quality products, adhere to the highest direct selling ethical standards and are required to affirm the Code of Conduct as a condition of admission and permanent membership.
